Andy Walburger, Senior Director at Ten-X, is responsible for leading company-wide customer engagement for institutional clients. Developing a high-touch strategy to deliver experiences and content that is relevant and resonates with decision makers in the commercial real estate industry. With over $41B in transactions since 2007, Ten-X is the leading online real estate marketplace. Investors in the company include Google Capital and Stone Point Capital. Current clients include Blackstone, Oaktree, LNR, CW Capital, Prologis, and Starwood Property Trust. Ten-X is leveraging technology and big data to innovate how the industry markets and transacts real estate assets. Prior to joining Ten-X Andy co-founded and served as Executive Director of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE) which he built into a global association of Stanford alumni and students involved in the real estate industry. Andy remains a board member of SPIRE and a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council. Andy graduated from Stanford University with an economics degree and was a member of the NCAA Champion water polo team.
