Charlie Rose ('03)
Charlie Rose is Senior Director of Structured Investments of Invesco Real Estate in Newport Beach. At Invesco, Mr. Rose is primarily responsible for strategic planning and business development within Invesco’s credit-focused lines of business, which includes sourcing and structuring new debt investments, managing external relationships, and working with the broader Invesco platform to expand Invesco’s credit business. Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, Mr. Rose worked for Canyon Partners LLC, originating, structuring and executing direct and indirect real estate debt and equity transactions in the Western United States. Mr. Rose also previously worked for The Marcus & Millichap Companies (TMMC) in the Capital Markets and Pacific Urban Residential Acquisitions groups, as well as Vice President at Rosen Consulting Group, where he was responsible for national real estate market research, covering the office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors. Mr. Rose is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A., English) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A., Honors, with a concentration in Real Estate). He is an active member of the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of the board of directors of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, and a member of the Building Hope board of the City of Hope.
