Dale Zeitlin ('77)
Dale Zeitlin graduated from Stanford University with a BA in economics in 1977, and received his law degree from Arizona State University in 1980. He is the founder of Zeitlin & Zeitlin, a boutique real estate firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Dale is a trial lawyer who specializes in eminent domain cases representing property owners whose properties are condemned for government projects. He has handled condemnation cases throughout Arizona, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Utah, and California. Dale with his son Harry Zeitlin (Stanford 2010) and wife Dawn (JD ASU 1980), own a real estate company, Zeitlin Capital, which develops and owns residential subdivision land, and retail and industrial properties in Arizona and Texas. Zeitlin Capital currently is working on a master plan for a 640 acre property located in the Dallas suburbs.
