Melinda Ellis Evers (MBA '93)
Melinda Ellis Evers is a co-founder and Managing Principal of San Francisco based Ellis Partners, founded in 1993 as a value-add investor and developer of office, industrial and retail properties in Northern California with particular interest and expertise in the renovation and repositioning of in-fill properties. Since inception, Ellis Partners has invested over $2 billion of private and institutional equity capital in over 60 projects. Melinda’s current and past industry affiliations include the Bay Area Mortgage Association, Foundation for San Francisco’s Architectural Heritage, Fisher Center Policy Advisory Board, Urban Land Institute, and Lambda Alpha Land Economics Honor Society. Melinda received a BA in Economics from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
