Robert J. Lowe, Jr. (Rob) is co-CEO of Lowe, a national real estate services firm active in commercial, residential and hospitality properties. Formed in 1972 by Robert J. Lowe (Bob), Lowe has developed, acquired or managed more than $28 billion of real estate assets. He also serves as co-Chairman of the firm’s hospitality management subsidiary, Two Roads Hospitality. Two Roads Hospitality is a newly created company formed after Lowe’s Destination Hotels merged with Commune Hotels & Resorts. The international lifestyle company features an unrivaled collection of truly individual hotels, resorts and vacation residences that caters to guests’ personal journeys. Comprising Joie de Vivre Hotels, Thompson Hotels, Destination Hotels, tommie and Alila Hotels & Resorts, Two Roads Hospitality is poised to be the leading operator of independent, boutique and lifestyle hotels with more than 95 properties in eight countries, and approximately $2 billion in total property revenues under management.
He also oversees Lowe’s hotel and resort development, with well over $3 billion in projects over the last decade. He is a past Trustee and President of the Palisades Presbyterian Church and Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Palisades-Malibu YMCA.
